Momentum at a glance
6 months | Choose 8 themes | Gratitude required | 2 × 60-minute virtual sessions each month | $597/month
A focused start can create a meaningful shift
You may already know the patterns you want to change. The missing piece is a focused way to practice something different. Foundation helps your family identify the four themes that matter most right now, begin with Gratitude, and turn each theme into usable language, actions, and conversations.
This package is intentionally contained. It gives you six private coaching sessions across three months, with each session shaped around the book and your family's current goals.
Momentum is a strong fit when
You have encountered helpful ideas before but need support turning them into consistent habits.
Communication, confidence, responsibility, independence, or relational repair will require continued practice.
The same difficult patterns continue to resurface despite good intentions.
You want structured coaching with a brief monthly touchpoint between sessions.
You want enough time to practice a skill, notice where it breaks down, repair, and try again.
